一、 学术要求

　　剑桥课程专注于单一学科或某一学科领域的研究。想要申请剑桥本科的同学需要在平时的学习中准备优秀的A  Level(或同等学历)的考试成绩，这些考试需要涵盖三或四个深度研究的课程。我们需要那些在这些课程上有着最高分的学生，而且不仅考察他们在这些考试中得到的成绩，还要评估他们的个人能力及是否能够在他们从事的研究领域内跟别人进行讨论。这就是为什么我们会尽可能多面试一些学生。

　　剑桥大学的本科生中有超过10%的学生来自除英国和欧盟以外的其他国家。(来自海外的研究生比例则要高出很多，大概在40%。)如果你想申请剑桥大学的本科生，你必须是你那一届中前1%-2%的顶尖学生，并在你想要深造的那门学科中有着很好的表现。

　　您能够在学校入学要求的网页上查到典型的入学资格范围。如果你正在进行其他学历的学习，你应该尽快与我们取得联系来讨论你是否有资格申请剑桥大学。请联系剑桥大学招生办公室进行初审，并提供以下材料：

　　你现有或正在攻读的学历的简单介绍;

　　你达到或期望的成绩;

　　想要申请的大学专业。

　　Academic requirements

　　Cambridge courses specialise in single subjects or subject areas, for which  A Level examinations (or equivalent), covering three or four subjects in depth,  are the usual preparation. We ask for the highest grades in these subjects, and  assess students not only on their achievements in these exams, but also on their  ability and readiness to join in discussion of their subject. This is one of the  reasons for interviewing as many applicants as we can.

　　Just over 10 per cent of our undergraduates come from overseas (outside the  UK and EU). (The proportion of postgraduate students from overseas is much  higher, at around 40 per cent.) If you wish to apply for an undergraduate place  here, you need to be in the top one or two per cent of your year group, and  doing very well in the subject area you would like to study.

If you're studying for a different education  qualification, you should get in touch as soon as possible to discuss the  appropriateness of your qualifications for study at Cambridge. In the first  instance you should contact the Cambridge Admissions Office for advice,  providing:

　　brief details of the qualifications that you have taken/are taking

　　your achieved/expected grades

　　the subject you're interested in applying for at the University

　　You'll then be advised on course requirements, further information needed,  and how you'll be assessed.

　　二、 英语语言要求

　　为了应对在全英文环境下开展的高密度和高挑战性的科研课程与考试，您需要具有非常好的英语技能。因此如果英语不是您的第一语言，您需要达到以下资格之一：

　　雅思：通常要求在7分左右，且每项最低分不得低于7分

　　欧盟的学生：在毕业考试中出色的英语成绩也是可以被考虑的，如欧洲或法国的文凭或入学考试。

　　GCSE课程在英语/ IGCSE英语(第一语言) - C级或以上

　　剑桥高级英语证书 - A级

　　剑桥精通英语证书 - A级或B

　　剑桥大学的语言中心针对不以英语为母语国家的学生开展了一个学术英语(EAP)计划，旨在帮助提高学生的英语水平，通过讲习班和个人指导也能提高一定的学术技能，也可作为进入大学的条件之一。

　　English language requirements

　　It is essential that your English language skills are good enough for you  to undertake an intensive and challenging academic course that is taught and  examined in English. Therefore, if your first language is not English, you may  be asked to achieve one of the following formal qualifications as part of the  conditions of your offer*:

　　IELTS - normally a minimum overall grade of 7.0, usually with 7.0 in each  element

　　EU students - a high grade in English taken as part of a leaving  examination (eg the European/French Baccalaureate, Abitur etc) may be  acceptable

　　GCSE in English Language / IGCSE English Language (as a first language) -  grade C or above

　　Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English - grade A

　　Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English - grade A or B

　　The University Language Centre runs an English for Academic Purposes (EAP)  programme for students who aren't native English speakers. Designed to help  improve English language and academic skills relevant to your course through  workshops and individual supervisions, attendance on the programme may be  included as a condition of entry to the University.

　　*Dispensation may be made if you don't have one of these formal  qualifications but are currently being taught in English. Please contact one of  the College admissions offices for advice.
